FLUX set to level-up in 2017

FLUX powered by Spacecubed has been open only 12 months and we have seen a significant growth in the number of people and organisations utilising the space for events, meetings, coworking, resident desks and offices. We have a thriving community of startups, scale-ups and larger companies utilising the space and to grow their ideas and businesses.

In order to keep meeting the demand for this growth, we have signed for a further 1,400sqm of space, on Level Six and Level Seven increasing FLUX’s total floor space to over 2,800sqm, making it one of the largest coworking spaces in Australia set to open in October 2017.

This growth will provide a total of 56 offices, over 150 resident desks and coworking spaces meaning we can support over 450 people utilising FLUX each day to scale their businesses.

Along with private offices, meeting rooms and resident desks; Level Six will host a Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality lab designed to provide a platform for people designing new technology in what is set to be a rapid growth area.

Level Seven will house an Agriculture Technology (Agtech) hub focused on connecting startups and entrepreneurs working on technology with large Agricultural companies. This is very exciting as it builds on another of Western Australia’s key competitive strengths.

Spacecubed partnered with Hawaiian to build FLUX over 24 months ago and the relationship has developed further. Hawaiian and Spacecubed share common values and a desire to connect people and places, so our association is a natural fit.

Hawaiian has become the first strategic investor in the newly formed Spacecubed Ventures. Full information on this change and how it better serves members can be found from Spacecubed Director Matthew Macfarlane here

We are already seeing demand for more space at FLUX so if you are interested in exploring opportunities for SOLDER, Agtech Innovation Hub, VR Lab or Office and Coworking space please register your interest with Kali Norman here
